The cask ales available are:
Otter Ale (4.5% abv)
Otter Brewery is situated in Ottery Saint Mary where it's premium beer, Otter Ale was first produced. The small West Country brewery has been producing it's beers for over 15 years and growing by the day. Otter Ale has a distinct malt aroma with hints of fruit and a beautifully deep, rich tone of polished mahogany colour. The ale delivers a malt and fruit flavour to begin with but leaves with a combination of fruit and a slight bitterness taste.

Butcombe Traditional Bitter (4% abv)
Butcombe's Tradtional Bitter was the only beer brewed for the first 18 years of business, now, 28 years on the orginial is still the best seller. Made with 100% English malts together with a blend of tradtional English hop varieties this notably bitter beer provides a clean tasting, refreshingly dry and distinctive brew.
To the nose it has a hoppy, malty, citrus and slight sulphur aroma, where to the palate it has light fruit notes, with a long, dry, bitter finish.
